In India, RSTN helped a giant life insurance company move data entry and underwriting activities from hundreds of branches across the country to a single processing center in Mumbai. In Asia, RSTN helped a large bank centralize all trade finance letter of credit backend processing in Tokyo, Taipei, Hong Kong and Seoul to a brand new processing center built in the Philippines.   In Taiwan, RSTN helped a large life insurance company centralized branch processing activities in 23 locations into 4 regional processing hubs.  These are just a few of our many successful centralization and operational relocation projects.
