Business Case and CBA Development

Over the years, RSTN has developed a methodology for studying business processes, gathering all of the necessary operational & financial data, analyzing that data, and finally producing a detailed Business Case & CBA Document for the project.  This process, referred to as a Business Case Study, is where we sit down together with our clients’ management, users and technical staff over the period of a few days in order to gather as much information as possible so that after the information gathering sessions, we can then make proper recommendations; identify areas where benefits can be achieved; identify ALL associated costs, time frames, resource requirements, and infrastructure requirements; develop an implementation timeline; identify applications development and integration requirements; clearly define the solutions and the scope of the project; and develop a complete cost benefit analysis.

RSTN has helped dozens of companies develop their BPM business cases, an absolutely critical first step of any project where significant investment is being made.
