All of our document imaging projects include consulting; project management; dedicated onsite supervisors; all of the required manpower; indexing and quality control services; document retrieval and delivery services; PC workstations; scanners; and printers for the backfile conversion reports and batch cover sheets.
Once the paper is converted to electronic images, we can then output the images for use in many ways: Upload to third party Imaging or Document Management Systems Upload to our on-line archive and viewed via RSTN’s own Image Viewer software, or via a third party image viewer of your choice Or Mastered to CD-ROMs, DVDs, or tapes for easy storage, access and distribution.
Our professional, highly skilled staff safeguard all documents while they are in our care, storing the documents in secured areas at all times. Furthermore, all physical documents are tracked at all times, so that at any given time, we know exactly where each and every file is. Should you require a file urgently while it is with us, we provide rapid document delivery services whereby we can quickly locate a given document and then either fax it, or personally deliver it, back to you.
Our document imaging services can be completed on our premises or at your location of choice. If you are purchasing a portfolio with large volumes of paper documents, rather than having the paper sent to you, our personnel can image the documents on the seller’s premises, send you the images for review, and ship the physical files for storage.
