Firstly to give an overview, Allianz Malaysia's first awarded project to RSTN was in 2010. This project was for Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad (ALIM). Subsequent major project with RSTN was in 2013, which was for Allianz General Insurance Malaysia Berhad (AGIC). Till today we have enjoyed a fruitful with RSTN and continue to foresee a continued partnership with them in the future.
Specifically for AGIC they have helped implement our BPM project which is a major transformation and digitization of our existing processes impacting all product, processing hubs and branches nationwide. This project also involved the migration of images stored in DB2 to Filenet and integration to our core insurance system. RSTN helped make this project a success by providing the necessary technical skill, domain knowledge on general insurance taxonomy, form design and scanning automation. This project has just completed this year successfully.
I am sure the success we have had with RSTN will be replicated for whichever organization that selects them in the future.

On behalf of Tokio Marine Life Insurance, we would like to thank RSTN Consulting for the timely delivery of the end to end Workflow (Business Process Management, also known as BPM) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) System specially designed, developed and deployed for our Policy Servicing team.
Throughout the project, RSTN's project team has been very helpful and professional. Our TMLS project team has been well guided in view of RSTN's wealth of domain knowledge in the insurance industry and its technical expertise.
The project has since gone "Live" on 7 September 2015. We look forward to even closer working relationship with RSTN in future for our subsequent enhancements on the project.

Among several shortlisted IT Vendors, and after careful evaluations, RSTN Consulting was engaged by Hong Leong Assurance (Malaysia) to design, implement, train and maintain a fully functional Enterprise Imaging and Workflow Management System.
Right from the start, RSTN impressed us with both their in-depth technical expertise, experience and domain knowledge for the Insurance industry. With their knowledge and experience, they were able to provide valuable inputs, ensuring that we dovetail the requirements with industry best practices and avoiding painful pitfalls.
Throughout the project, the RSTN's team was very professional; they demonstrated efficiency and quality in their deliverables. They were able to work very effectively as a team with our group of users as well as our internal IT staffs. No surprise that the project went live according to schedule and within cost.
We have successfully rolled-out two big phases, covering New Business and Claims and we are confident that RSTN can continue to deliver another successful phase for our Policy Servicing as well. So far, the system had enabled us to cope with the increased volume of new business proposals while maintaining the same number of staff. Together with our other BPM initiatives we were able to make our processing much more efficient.

The implementation of the workflow and imaging project for AXA in 2003 was a strategic initiative to support operation efficiency. The process of selecting the business partner to work with as part of the project governance involved shortlisting vendors that will be endorsed by the AXA Group. Key considerations also include the reliability of the product, the knowledge of the business partner and analyst in the insurance domain and experience in implementing document imaging, content management & workflow solutions.
RSTN and IBM were selected for this purpose as the partnership demonstrated in-depth understanding of the operations of the insurance industry, the competency of the implementation team and the product competency. This was extremely complex project requiring a vendor with a command of several IBM technologies, including IBM's Content Manager, OnDemand, InfoPrint Server/Designer, Advanced Workflow, and Lotus Notes. Utilizing all of these IBM technologies, in conjunction with several sophisticated, custom developed insurance applications, RSTN was able to deliver a complete and integrated solution.
As our project unfolded, RSTN's experience and knowledge proved to be very relevant in the successful implementation of the system. The consultants as RSTN, together with their implementation team, were able to share with us ways in which they handled complex business processing scenarios in their other insurance implementations.
While we encountered several decision points during the project, RSTN was able to work with us to see the project through to implementation.
We certainly look forward to have RSTN's support in further enhancement and development as the business progresses.

RSTN Consulting Group has worked with AIA-Thailand with cooperative applications development approach for re-development our existing Image-retrieval system and Workflow for claims system from Optika-eMedia into the platform based on eiStream's software and Java technology.

After a lengthy selection process, and several rounds of evaluation, AIA Malaysia had appointed RSTN Consulting to design, develop and implement a fully-integrated Imaging & Workflow (I&W) infrastructure for claims and new business processing at 23 branches nationwide.
The engagement of RSTN on AIA Malaysia's I&W project is expected to complete in year 2003. Accordingly, the I&W project will effectively transform AIA Malaysia's paper-based operations to paperless, highly automated, processing environment.
True to their promise, and in order to provide the highest level of support for this project, RSTN had faithfully set-up a local operation in Malaysia, hired and trained local engineers, and stationed their senior consultants fulltime in Malaysia. The project has since been an enormous success. RSTN has proven themselves to be highly capable and I must compliment them on their knowledge of insurance operations, their applications development and implementation capabilities, and their technical command of imaging & workflow technologies. Their sucess in undertaking the AIA Malaysia's project has since led to their engagement by other AIG companies around the region.

Specifically for ALIM they have helped implement our BPM project which transformed and digitize our existing processes to reduce the time required to complete them. This project also involved the migration of Laserfiche to Filenet and integration to our core insurance system. RSTN helped make this project a success by providing the necessary technical skill, domain knowledge on life insurance taxonomy, form design and scanning automation.
Moving forward, as we were happy with the platform RSTN have created for us and the post sales support we have received, we continued expanding the scope by adding new channels for images to be managed by this platform and also new process flows.
I am sure the success we have had with RSTN will be replicated for whichever organization that selects them in the future.
