Client has engaged RSTN to design, develop and implement a whole series of integrated BPM and ECM solution integrating with their several backend systems. We successfully merged most of their siloed IT islands into an integrated and secured digital platform.

Our E2C is another purpose build data-capturing and automation system, allowing for the capturing of some existing and old physical documents and forms, turning these into digital images to facilitate unified and secured customer-centric policy system.

E2PC Suite provided Client’s with many Insurances specific solutions for handling Underwriter’s eWorksheet, Claim’s Assessors statement, and many Industries Best Practices catering to Insurance industry.

Results:

New Business approval cycle dramatically reduced from weeks to within one day (for clean cases) and claims payout also reduced from weeks to within 2 days.

Their back-office is now capable of handling any huge amount of new businesses generated by their rapidly growing agency forces. They are now better equipped to handle periodic month-end surges of new business submissions and even claims.
